Loop BV (“Loop”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) is a company dedicated to designing and selling products and services that enhance sensory wellbeing, such as earplugs, sleep masks, and related items.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data.
3.1 General Use of Your Personal Data.
We generally use your data for business and commercial purposes, including to provide the Services you request, to perform customer service functions, for security and fraud prevention, for marketing and promotional purposes, and to perform analytics, as explained in more detail below.
- Email marketing (if applicable): Where we have a legal basis, we may send emails about our store, new products, and other updates (see our “Marketing Preferences” section for more information).
- Text marketing (if applicable): We may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. The website uses webhooks and cookies (with your consent) to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS (see our “Marketing Preferences” section for more information).

We will process all requests as soon as possible, but please note that due to the nature of our IT systems and servers it may take a few days for any opt-out request to be implemented.

Our Site is hosted on the Shopify platform. Shopify Inc. acts as our data processor. When you interact with our Site – such as browsing products, making purchases or using features – Shopify collects and processes your personal data to: provide core e-commerce services (checkout, payment processing, order fulfillment), detect and prevent fraud, ensure secure transactions, personalize your experience across Shopify-powered stores, and improve platform-wide services through cross-merchant analytics. We use Shopify’s Enhanced Services and Network Intelligence features. This means Shopify may combine your data with information from your interactions with other Shopify merchants to: improve fraud detection and customer support, optimize advertising across multiple stores, and enhance personalization of your shopping experience. If you use a direct payment gateway, Shopify securely stores your credit card details in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your payment information is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction, after which it is deleted. 6. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Data.
We do our best to give you as much choice as possible regarding the amount of data you provide to us, and the control you have over that data.

12. Children.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal data about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16, we will delete such data as quickly as possible.
